Le Relais du Parc is divided in two parts. Both sections of
the restaurant provide direct access to our beautiful hotel
garden. Discover the varied, creative and seasonal cuisine
that is the hallmark of our restaurant.
During the summer months, we're pleased to invite you
outside to our restaurant's scenic terrace; in the
wintertime, you can enjoy our fantastic flavors in a cozy
indoor atmosphere or seated in our outdoor heated
terrace, before retiring to our hotel's bar and lounge.
At Le Relais du Parc, each time of the year provides an
opportunity to savor the best of the season.
Xavier Pistol, heir of a family of Chefs, started his culinary
career under the Caribbean sun. On the island of
Guadeloupe, he developed his gourmand home cooking.
In 2009, he integrated in an influential Spanish hotel group,
gathering of different prestigious establishments, in which
he advanced his career during 3 years.
His style is inspired from Spanish gastronomic cuisine,
gourmet and spicy, with a combination of a thorough
presentation and design on his plates.
Full of ideas, our promising young chef joined the Relais du
Parc in April 2016. He works only with fresh and local
products, which makes all the richness of his dishes.
