UtilityProvision for using the Washing machine/Dish wash is provided. Flooring is done with imported ceramic tiles, wall dadoing up to 5 feet height is provided.
Wall finishesInternal wall is finished with 2 coats of putty, 1 coat of primer & 2 coats of premium emulsion. Ceiling is finished with 2 coats of putty, 1 coat of primer & 2 coats of premium emulsion. Exterior faces of the building is finished with 1coat of primer & 2 coats of Apex Exterior emulsion paint.
WindowsUPVC Windows with painted MS Safety grills is fixed on the inner side.
ElectricalAll electrical lines are concealed conduit with copper wiring of Finolex wires and cables, Legrand MCB’s and Legrand modular switches & sockets are provided.
Terrace water proofingAbove the roof slab 2 coats of BASF water proofing chemicals is done with reputed applicator. White tiles of superior quality is laid over surkhi concrete.
