According to www.ceylontoday.lk, there are 800,000 three-wheelers operating in the country, within that 480,000 are self employed. Especially about 300,000 operate within Colombo. And more than 60% are self employed. Colombo district's population was 2,309,809 in 2012. But still thousands of professional drivers paying thousands of rupees to get agencies membership and waiting for a passenger. Even successful applications and services afraid to start their start-ups in Sri Lanka , because Sri Lankans are still scared of paying and buying online! 'Hi Lanka' provides a complex free solution for all the above hurdles with GSM technologies. It is evolving the way the world moves. By seamlessly connecting riders to drivers through an android apps, This make cities more accessible, opening up more possibilities for riders and more business for drivers. This registration made by USSD API, However a user can register with a simple GUI with clicks. With one time subscription a subscriber anytime can switch roles as a passenger or a driver. Without any complex GPS map by using LBS technology a passenger can view the nearby filtered available drivers. similarly a driver can view the nearby list of passengers. And above all,without any intermediate booking systems or agencies a passenger / driver can make a peer to peer WebRTC call and bargain the price for the transport.

This System developed for making citizens life easy. Therefore , It's hide all the complexity and gives the best user experience for the users.

❖Apart for the android application, Every ride lead to a satisfaction test. according to the passengers rating for the drivers' profiles will be suggested for the required passengers search.This recommender system will help the user to find the safest and satisfied ride.

❖WebRTC brings a secured real time peer-to-peer connecting for low cost.Here the security is made by the ‘WebRTC APIs’. Because ‘WebRTC calls’ won’t show the user incoming call number. Therefore,this calls will avoid the future number misuse and secure a passenger's privacy .

LBS filtering is an effective and rapid way of locating. And its not depend on any GPS activation.

When a search results approach LBS system creates a logical triangle by connecting three nearest ISP towers for the request location.
