Local artist, Cohen Gum has illustrated for Harley Davidson & Imagination Games and in 2014, launched his first solo art exhibition titled Poke Something That Bites at Nishi Gallery.

Cohens range of cushions feature original illustrated patterns, rich in detail, colour and the artists distinctively dark themes. Individually cut, machine sewn and stitched by local textile artist Jacynta Waldron, the 35cm x 35cm cushions are made of high quality organic cotton sateen.

The new look Lerida Estate drops are a great gift option for the wine connoisseur in your house this Christmas. Theyll also bring smiles to any festive gathering so go local and pick up a bottle or two (or three) from this Halliday 5-star winery at Lake George.

Our favourite for the silly season is the Zenzi ($16.50), a fun and delicately sparkling, fruity pink that is hard to beat when served ice cold on a summer evening. We also love the Amara ($16.50) which blends Viognier, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay to deliver a delicate fruit flavour with a hint of sweetness.

And you cant go past the Lerida Estate Pinot Noir ($26.50 for 2013, $65 for the premium 2012 Josephine), the wine that put it on the map. The soil conditions and aspect at Lake George mirror those of the premium Pinot Noir growing areas in Burgundy, France so that explains why this wine is one of the bestaround.
