Gulf Steel Works Co.

Gulf Steel Works is a significant strategic business unit

and one of the leading Steel fabricators of Process

Equipment & Heavy Steel Structure for the hydrocarbon

processing industries (oil, gas & petrochemicals),

Fertilizers, Process Chemical and primary utilities (Power

generation & water desalination) GSW is located in Jubail

Industrial City (KSA) on a total area of 147,400 sq, meters

with a covered area of 30,860 sq.meters.

GSW has three main Divisions, Structural Steel Facility

With a capacity of over 3,500 tons per Mont, Steel

Structure, Pipe racks, Equipment Structures, Derrick (Flare)

Structure and Platforms .

Circular Facility Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers,

Air Fin Coolers, Tanks CS & SS, Pipe Spools, Chemical

injection Skids and Ducts and Stacks,The Facility is ASME

Certified for U,U2, PP and R stamp.

Site Fabrication Division site, erected storage tanks, Site

repair & modification of storage tanks and Site repair and

maintenance of heat exchangers & Air fin coolers.

All three facilities are equipped with state-of-the-are

equipment, machineries and highly skilled man power

with CNC machines directly linked to our engineering

detailing department.

GSW has its own engineering department fully equipped

with up to date software & hardware to support design &

detailing of all above work.

Pan Gulf Piping Co.

Pan Gulf Piping Systems LTD (PGPS) is dedicated to

stocking and sourcing of all components of piping

systems for the safe and secure conveyance of

liquids and gases. We offer a wide range of industrial

products for diverse applications and specialised

makets from approved recognised sources from pipes

and fittings to valves and flanges. PGPS also offers

customised individual solutions for any application in

which fluids or gases are conveyed.

PGPS Stocks and supplies a wide range of quality

carbon and stainless steel and alloy pipes, both in

seamless and welded executions.

Besides a sizable stock of fast moving valves, PGPS

is the exclusive agent for a wide range of specialised

process and industrial valve manufacturers

Pan Gulf Welding Solutions (PGWS) was established

in 2005 as a professional service provider to the steel

fabrication and related industries. As an exclusive

representative for world leading companies PGWS is

providing high quality and best value products along

with service throughout the Middle East.

PGWS has strategically located warehouses in Al-

Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, stocking an extensive

range of welding and cutting machines, consumables

and spare parts right through to personal safety and

protective equipment. Inventory covers all the industry

requirements to get the job done.

PGWS not only provides sales and service to its

customers, but has an extensive rental fleet of portable

electric welders to 1000 tons roll-beds in stock ready to

be dispatched to the customer site.

PGWS started in 2006 to develop its own brand name

METWELD as a result off own experience and market

needs. Products developed under that brand name

have the best ratio of price to quality and fulfill 100% of

fully equipped with modern machinery, supported by

Pan Gulf Valves have over 25 years of expertise in

manufacture, supply and services of industrial pipeline

broader Gulf region. PGV operations are distributed in

three operational units.

Pan Gulf Valvserve are specialists in valve and pipeline

equipment servicing, repair, refurbishment, inspection

valve repairs and modifications.

Pan Gulf Environmental Solutions Ltd.

Established in 2011 we at PGE Solutions, provide HALON

recovery and recycling throughout the Kingdom Of

Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and Asia, which meet

current standards set out by the Montreal Protocol,

ASTM - D7673-10, ISO - 7201 - 1 (1989) Mil Spec - DTL

-38741A -1988 for HALON 1211, ASTM D 5632 - 08

Type 1, ASTM D 5632 - 08 Type 2, ISO - 7201-1 (1989)

for HALON 1301, and GOST standard for HALON

2402. After recycling, all our HALONs are banked and

offered for sale to our customers. We also provide our

customers with full laboratory certificates.

Refrigerants such as R-11, R-12, R-22, R-134a and the

400 and 500 series blends are high in ozone depleting

potential (ODP), or are high in global warming potential

(GWP). All of these halocarbons pose a threat to our

environment, and are a major global concern. PGE

Solutions maintains our commitment to environ-mental

protection through innovative reclamation of these

chemicals.

As the production of HALONS has now ceased in

accordance with the Montreal Protocol, it is essential to

recycle HALONS to be used within critical applications.

Pan Gulf Contracting Ltd.

Our clients often require site services that are in addition

to our normal scope of supply. Therefore, we have formed

Pan Gulf Contracting in order to supply experienced

qualified manpower to end users and contractors working

on industrial sites Kingdom wide.

Pan Gulf Contracting are able to supply specialist

manpower for installation, testing and commissioning of

control systems, fire detection and fire protection systems

and all supporting staff. This manpower includes:

• Fire protection engineers and technicians• Fire detection engineers and technicians• HVAC Engineers• Control systems engineers and technicians• Mechanical Engineers• Commissioning engineers and technicians• Safety engineers• Mechanical fabricators• Pipe fitters• Electricians• And other site support services

All personnel are sponsored and employed by Pan Gulf,

we do not supply contract staff, unless asked to do so.

Our staff have been thoroughly vetted to ensure their

qualifications are valid and are capable of carrying out the

task to which they are assigned.

Every employee is give an in house “Site Safety” induction

course before starting work on any site and many will be

required to attend and pass our clients safety courses.

Al Hamdan Consulting

HCO have been operating in KSA since 1981, they

provide tailored solutions for architecture / design,

engineering and project management. With a multi-

national, multi discipline team of over 90 engineers

they provide, design, engineering, quantity surveying,

cost management, contract administration and

construction supervision services. The complete life

cycle of a project is carefully managed form initial

design through to realization and delivery.

HCO have completed a diversity of projects in the

commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

Pan Gulf Stallion India Pvt. Ltd.

Pan Gulf Industrial Systems and Pan Gulf Environmental

Solutions have formed a joint venture with Stallion

Fluorochemicals Pvt. Ltd. in India to form Pan Gulf –

Stallion. A company who’s aims are to fill the large

demand in India and surrounding countries for HALONs

as well as refrigerants.

The new Pan Gulf-stallion facility located in Kalapur,

India currently houses the PGES Mobile Recovery Unit

(MRU) which is processing HALON 1301 and HALON 1211.

The MRU will eventually be replaced with a Modulated

Automated Recovery Systems (MARS), identical to the

Systems PGES are currently using in Saudi Arabia at the

ODS processing Facility in Dammam.

Pan Gulf Stallion has also received an order to supply

Halon 1301 and also to recycle 100 tons of Halon 1301 that

is currently in India.

PGES has also received an order to supply Halon 1301

to Boeing aircraft in America. And also is in talks with a

leading Saudi bank for finance of a PLASCON destruction

unit, which will be the only one of its kind in the Middle

East.

PGES is also increasing its mobile recovery unit (MRU) fleet

as well to help process HALONs in other countries, located

throughout the region.

Sun Ace Gulf are one of the world’s leading suppliers

of chemical additives and speciality chemical for

the polymer and plastic industries as well as being

prominent manufacturers and suppliers of PVC

stabilisers and additives in the Middle East offering

a full range of stabilisers with varying heat stability,

lubricity and weathering properties to meet various

customers’ needs and applications such as PVC

pipes, fittings, cables and wire sheathing as well as

window profiles. These grades are available in flake or

powder form. Other types of stabilisers and additives

are available from our Joint Venture partners, Sun Ace

Group, such as, Tin stabilisers, liquid mixed metals

backed up by a team of qualified and trained service

engineers and technicians who provide a wide range

of services covering tyre fitments, alignments, wheel

balancing and Nitrogen fill through well equipped and

state of the art performance centres in the Kingdom.

We also offer a wide range of industrial tyre services

including tyre fill and on site industrial tyre fit with our

mobile presses. We are also the exclusive distributor of

Exide Automotive Batteries.

General Automotive also provides solutions for

materical handling equipment - through sales and

services of Choride Motive Power Batteries from Exide

and leasing and maintenance of electrical and diesel

forklift trucks.
