Loading Instructions 37MM .45 ACP Base Follow All Safety Guidelines. Pace Launchers LLC is not responsible for any damage, injury, and/or death that results in loading and/or improper loading of these casings and/or any other device. Destructive Device Registration may be required. Make sure to follow all local and federal laws. 1. Load and Press the large 2 ½ pistol primer Use a drill press or press with perfectly flat metal stock to insert primer 2. Measure your smokeless powder (We recommend BullsEye) Capacity up to 12 grains of Smokeless. Caution: Insure your launcher can handle recoil. Anything over 5 grains can be danger- ous. 3. Pour powder charge into .45 ACP case 4. Install a foam or card- board disk cutout to fit inside of the .45 casing to hold in the smokeless pow- der. (Use a casing to cut foam or cardboard out). 5. Insert copper vent plug disk with lip facing bottom of the base. (.45 ACP Gas Check) 9. Install cardboard or foam disk if needed to secure payload. 7. Thread on tube to charged base. Casing is now charged and ready for the payload to be added. Payload 8. Add projo, smoke round or filled wad. Push in until stopped by charged base. Follow local laws. AP (Anti-Personnel) payloads require DD reg- istration. Charging base is loaded and dangerous. Handle with care. 6. Insert your loaded .45 casing into the base. With the casing not in all the way, flip the shell over and use a press or a perfectly flat and smooth surface larger than the diameter of the casing to press the casing in the rest of the way flush to the base.

1. Load and Press the large 2 ½ pistol primer

Use a drill press or press with perfectly flat metal stock to insert primer
