1. DESIGN SOIL BEARING CAPACITY FOR FOUNDATION SHALL BE TAKEN

6. LATERAL LOADS:

7. ALL CONCRETE TO HAVE A MINIMUM CYLINDER STRENGTH OF 25 MPA (3600 PSI).

8. CEMENT SHALL BE SULPHATE RESISTANT CONFORMING TO ASTM C-150 TYPE V FOR ALL

CONCRETE WORKS.

9. COVER TO REINFORCEMENT:

GRADE BEAM TOP & BOT. = 75 mm.

GRADE BEAM SIDES

SLAB

= 75 mm.

= 20 mm.

FOUNDATION = 75 mm,

COLUMNS (BELOW GRADE)= 75 mm.
