Include signed application & Signed D1 form Premium payment (unless paid by lender) Any additional supplemental forms we requested Finance Agreement (if applicable) Any special instructions on the email
Then what? We will process the bind request and send you confirmation of the bind with
policy number via email An inspection report will be ordered within the first 72 hours of binding. We
send an email to advise your office. If any documents were missing with your bind request, we will email for
those missing docs to prevent cancellation.

Inspection Process: What we look for:
Brush clearance around property and Other Structures Trees are trimmed back from roof line and no overhanging Dead trees are not present near structures in brush zones Propane tanks are cleared of vegetation on or around the tank Roof is cleared of debris, moss build up, pine needles, gutters clear Condition of property upkeep looks good – care of property maintained Wood piles moved away from residence and not stacked on side of house No appliances, junk, debris in the yard & around the property (curb appeal)
85% of the areas of concern on an inspection are able to have corrected action allowing coverage to continue.
