NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING COMMISSIONERS COURT OF CHAMBERS COUNTY, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Chambers County Commissioners Court will be held on Tuesday, the 28th day of July, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Courtroom, Anahuac, Texas, at which time the following items will be discussed, considered, passed, or adopted to-wit:

While many offices in the Courthouse are now open, the County Courtroom shall continue to be limited to authorized personnel until further notice. Public viewing of the meeting is available through the Chambers County website homepage at www.co.chambers.tx.us

Public participation shall be available through timely submission of the public participation form available on the County's website. Citizens who seek to participate must submit their form no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020, and mark whether they wish their public comment to be read under "Citizen's Comments" at the beginning of Court, or at the time of an applicable agenda item.
