RespollSible for establishing, maintaining and supervising the use of an extensive internal cbart of accounts (over 1000 accounts) in a fund E 70%

accounting system. Responsible for the accLiiate documentation of all [mancial transactions and the timely payment and receipt of all monies.Supervises the development, preparation, analysis and intelpretaton of annual and interim financial reports used by both eKternal and internal users indecision making. Responsible for agency cash flow, generated funds and the draw down of slale, federal, capital improvement and oilier funds.

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing agency accounting policies and procedures to include conferring with and advising E 10%

administrative offices, department beads, faculty and staff in these matters. Asisrs ageDCYofficials in interpretation and appljcation of the legislativeintent of appropriation acls.

Responsible for agency conformance with generally accepted accounting principles and reporting requirements of federal, stale and granting agencies; E 15%

keeps abreast of changes in external and internal reporting requirements. RespollSible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations andf1Jl8I\cialaudits, including but not reslricted to federal, state, NCAA and interna1 audits.

Responsible for providing supervision, training and guidance as well as direction in financial and systems management for the accounting staff. E 5%
