looking for the efficient solutions-how to control the torque? The concept of torque controlling can be useful on reducing cost and quality control. Controlling torque is absolutely necessary for any assembly operation.
The use of machine threaded screws in industrial assembly processes is most common method, because the tightening process is reversible, and can not damage the fasteners during disassemble and reassemble components. Fasteners that are insufficiently torque can vibrate loose, while excessive torque can damage that part.

Reasons for non shut-off model1. Combination unit of simplex hard joint and screw. 2. A long extension, oversized socket or universal-type socket does not allow proper transmission feedback to a shut-off tool.3. Combination unit of soft joint and screw.4. Weight limited, require the smallest tool possible.5. Accuracy and tolerance are required by combination unit, the accuracy of non shut-off tool is acceptable. 6. Lower cost than shut-off model.

WHAT IS TORQUE
Material: What kind of screw will be used or fasten tool and sizeof fasten strength depends on material. Material of iron、 aluminum 、plastic and wood are in common use.Friction:A problem exists because friction has a large influenceon how much torque is converted into preload. Besides the torque required to stretch the bolt, torqueis also required to overcome friction in the threads andunder the nut face. Typically, only 10% of the torque isused to stretch the bolt. Of the remaining torque,typically 40% is dissipated in the threads and 50% to under the bolt head.
Because friction is such an important factor in therelationship between torque and preload, variationsin friction have a significant influence on the bolt’spreload.
Different bolt surface finishes generally have differentfriction values. The torque required for a socketheaded screw will not be the same as that required forthe same size hexagon bolt.

How to adjust torque
CHOOSING YOUR OIL PULSE TOOL1. When selecting the tool for fastening operation, it is necessary to consider bolt size, fastening torque, working condition and so on.(please enlarge your tool and notice the torque accuracy while using long socket) 2. It is not suitable to use shut-off tool together with long socket and universal socket. Otherwise it may lose torque accuracy.
HOW TO ADJUST TORQUE1. Remove the Hex. bolt on the front cover with a hex. wrench.2. Turn torque adjuster through the plug hole.3. Turn clockwise to increase torque. Turn anti- clockwise to reduce torque. 4. Re-tighten the Hex.-bolt.

TORERO digital torque tester (PAT.)The torque tester made specifically for field simulation purpose; the available units to be displayed directly include the N.cm, N.m, kgf.cm, kgf.m, lbf.in, lbf.ft and shaft power, pressure, total 8 functions. This tester is applicable to hydraulic torque wrenches and impact or clutch-type power tools driven by pneumatic or electrical power. This tester is able to directly make comparison with screw torque or with torque wrench. The connection angle is at 60°. User can use this tester to make torque test easily by a very convenient connecting way; it is the most cost-effective torque tester that will minimize the company’s investment. The calibration process of this tester is very easy and convenient; the mechanical gap compensation capability allows user using a gauge-type torque wrench to make calibration at any time as wish.
