First of all, I would like to thank all our AIM Partners for Life for their ongoing love, care and prayers since I was involved in an air crash on December 1, 2014. I have been so overwhelmed and humbled by the Members who have joined hands with me from around the world and who are faithfully supporting me during this trying time. I have lost my left eye, and we are still praying that I regain some sight in my right eye. I can now start to see light, shapes and can identify the colors red and green.

I find this significant as the two AIM products that are playing a role in the healing process are AIM BARLEYLIFE®, the life-blood of the plant, and AIM RED RUSH™ which supports oxygen and nourishment to our own human blood. Red is the color of blood, associated with energy and life. Red Rush has been one of AIM’s supplements that we haven’t been able to do without.

The color green signifies growth and also represents life. It is the dominant color in nature and is very restful. BarleyLife will always be the most important supplement we take, and this, coupled with nearly every other AIM product, has played an important part in the healing process that I am going through.

Change is inevitable and tragedy can strike at any time in our lives. Constant change takes place in our personal lives, in our surroundings, in our families and also in our businesses daily. However, what does not change is the way we CHOOSE to address change. And we CHOOSE LIFE – each day brings new LIFE, new opportunities, new dreams, new vision, new goals, new friends and a NEW BEGINNING.

Our journey with AIM started nineteen years ago when Joan had adrenal exhaustion.

She brought home a jar of green barley grass because our family was plagued with ill health. We immediately saw an improvement in all of our lives and we have never looked back! As I supported Joan in her passion for improving the lives of others, we saw our AIM business grow. We were not even knowledgeable about the business plan. We grew to love all the products in AIM’s range, traveled to fifteen AIM Conferences and grew our network internationally.

CHRISTOPHER AND NICOLASOur boys Christopher and

Nicolas traveled with us, and what a privilege we have been afforded to see the world together as a family! Today I am so proud of them, and I am honored to have two adult sons who have stood by me twenty-four hours a day, helping Joan nurse me back to health. They have stood in the gap for me, being my “eyes,” staying by my side as we walk this difficult road together.

BarleyLife is the most important supple-ment we will ever take, and Joan diligently mixed our BarleyLife for us first thing in the morning from day one. Today, although they have both left home, they never start a day without their BarleyLife!

AIM SUPPLEMENTSI often think of the scripture: “Train up a

child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it.” I am grateful that today we are a healthy family with strong immune systems. This has stood me in good stead as I honestly believe that because I take practically the WHOLE RANGE OF AIM PRODUCTS; my body was strong and healthy when I had the accident. That meant that I have been able to go through the shock, stress and ongoing trauma without any complications, side effects or infections. Joan has increased my dosages, and although I can’t ‘see’ what she gives me

Chris van Rensburg … My AIM Journeythree times a day, I know that together with God’s Grace, the products and the AIM Companies™ play a crucial role in my ongoing recovery.

As I reflect back on my AIM journey over the past 18 years, we saw many changes taking place within the company. However, standing tall amidst all the changes, is a Company of thirty-three years – still solid and firm, with the same mission statement, with the same heart of serving the individual, with the same purpose of reaching people around the world with the same high standard of quality products and with the same excellent compensation plan.

My purpose in 2015 is to be able to continue with my work and keep trusting that I will regain sight in my right eye. I would like to see myself independent again as it is so difficult having to depend on my family for absolutely everything. I cannot thank them enough for the way they have been there unconditionally to serve me every step of the way. My wife Joan also has a new vision to put together training, leadership and business materials and raise up new leaders and promote AIM’s mission statement which provides us with access to the highest principles of free enterprise.

I believe in the power and concept of network marketing and would like to support Joan in focusing on growth in 2015. Each Member is actually a business owner and we would like to support others who are interested in pursuing this avenue. We are so grateful that we have a strong, secure AIM business because this has helped support us since December 1 when Joan had to stop working and nurse me around the clock. That is the advantage of a residual income! May AIM grow from strength to strength, as

we forge forward, our mission being “Passion with Purpose” and unleash potential which we haven’t yet tapped into, fulfilling the Purpose to which God has called us in 2015.

Bird strike causes injury and major aircraft damage

In early December 2014, Chris shuttled a pastor and an engineer in a small airplane to a remote location in Botswana to do missionary work. A large flying stork smashed through the windshield of the lightweight Cessna 210. The resulting spray of glass and bird remains struck Chris in the head and chest, leaving him with several injuries as well as blinding him in one eye. One of the passengers managed to get the plane safely on the ground. Chris was then rushed into surgery as quickly as possible.

Chairman’s Club Dir ec tors Mark and Mary-Ann Shearer of Gordon’s Bay in the

Western Cape province of South Africa have not had a doctor bill due to ill health in over thirty years. Prior to that, they suffered from all sorts of ailments: ear infections, allergies, depression, blood pressure issues, etc. When they switched to a plant-based diet and a regimen of daily exercise, their health problems subsided.

In 1991 Mary-Ann was given a canister of AIM’s green barley powder. Mary-Ann didn’t even try it. “Until you bring me scientific evidence not done by the company, I will not look at it,” she said. The Shearers tried BarleyLife® out on their family, the staff of their whole-food business and even on the dog and the cat. The lesions caused by sun damage on Mark’s back cleared up. Mary-Ann advises that anyone starting out in their AIM Business should “use the products, get to know the products well, do all the training AIM offers and in the meantime, start telling friends what AIM has done for you. Have a plan. For example: Sign one person up each week. Talk to people, but focus on helping them, not on making money! Then find three of the people that you’ve signed up who are motivated and who order regularly and help them build by doing what you have done. Once you have three Directors, focus on the next three people and so on until you have twelve. Make Chairman’s Club your goal and don’t give up. Make sure that you and your team know all the products that AIM has. List ten reasons to use each and highlight the top three. Develop an email database and send regular emails to your downline. Use social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc. to let people know what is new and how the products are helping people.”

Mary-Ann said that she and her husband faced setbacks on their way to making the Million Dollar Club. But when they refocused on the core of why they were in AIM — to help people get well, stay well and earn an income — it motivated them every time.

The Shearer’s built their business by using AIM’s USSBT formula. They say it works well.

AIM Natural Health Education DaysAuckland, February 21/

Perth, March 21 New Zealand Members enjoyed meeting in Auckland in February and Perth at Scarborough Beach in March. Presentations included the latest research and findings

on the five components of AIM’s Healthy Cell Concept. Australian AIM Director Nikola Wilkie was the keynote speaker for these events and covered subjects like fiber and gut health.

In Auckland, local speaker and Director Heather Fausett made an AIM Pina Colada Smoothie using AIM ProPeas® and fresh homemade almond milk. Perth Members heard from farmer and Director Rob Hetherington whose presentation on The Power of Food looked at the connection between our soil and health issues.

These Natural Health Education Day meetings are designed to provide an interactive experience for all attendees.

April 13, 2015 • MoorefieldRon and Mary Weber (AIM Star Sapphire Directors) organized and hosted this meeting held in the Maryborough Community Centre. Allan Martin, husband of Sharon Martin (AIM Director), gave a personal testimonial about his battle with cancer.

April 11, 2015 • BarrieDr. John Shewfelt (AIM Chairman’s Club Director and Chiropractor) hosted this event in the Timothy Christian School gymnasium. Emceed by Darlene Vandermey (AIM Director) the meeting featured informative presentations by Dr. Shewfelt and Rose Bird (AIM Canada General Manager and Chartered Herbalist). A potluck lunch organized by Muriel McPherson (AIM Chairman’s Club Director) offered delectable dishes contributed by Members. Attendees enjoyed heartfelt testimonials from Fred Hampshire (AIM Director), Jacki Smith (AIM Preferred Member) and Darlene Vandermey. Thank you to everyone who took part in making this meeting such a success.

Taiwan, I have seen lots of patients who have suffered from wide varieties of acute and chronic pain. After years of visiting many specialists and trying all kinds of painkillers or other methods, some patients are still deeply devastated by their discomfort, and ultimately become seriously depressed because their pain has affected their physical strength, movement, mood, sleep and even their social life. But the painkillers they are given do not ease their pain to any satisfactory level, and what’s worse, many pain medications, including a few major brand-name prescription drugs, have serious side effects, some of which may even be life threatening.

I was lucky enough to attend a speech on “Nutritional Healing and Health” by Dr. Yu-Shiaw Chen in Tainan, Taiwan in early 2015. When I asked her opinions about the treatment of pain, she introduced the AIM Mag-nificence lotion to me. I knew almost instantly that it would be effective since I have read about the pain-relieving effects of magnesium. But at that time, I wondered what a lotion could do for my patients who have intractable chronic pain.

A week later, I gave it to one of my patients, an 88-year-old lady who had been bedridden with severe lower back pain because of lumbar spine degeneration and senile osteoporosis. Because of her advanced age and a heart problem, surgery was not an option for

her. For several years, I had been trying hard to alleviate her suffering with many medications and some invasive

procedures, but all the drugs combined and the procedures failed to work well on her and caused annoying side effects such as stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting and constipation. I told her to give the AIM Mag-nificence™ lotion a try as a last resort.

To my great amazement, when she visited me four weeks later, she walked slowly into my office with a quad cane instead of sitting on a wheelchair like before. She could barely control her excitement when she told me about what had happened to her. She said that she had rubbed the lotion on her back every day, and at first it did not feel good because it was too sticky on the skin. But after a week, she began to feel the decrease in the intensity of her pain. So she kept on using the lotion on her back and her feet as well. Her pain virtually decreased day by day, and she began to sit for long hours and walk short distances in the house which had been impossible for years. Eventually, like a miracle, the pain that had tortured her for so many years almost disappeared after four weeks. She and her family were so happy because she was able to move around on her own and could partially take care of herself with some daily activities. They were also happy she could gradually get rid of the drugs.

I would like to thank Dr. Yu-Shiaw Chen, AIM Chairman’s Club Director, for introducing this wonderful product to me and my patients. It really changed my patient’s life. So I would like to recommend it to all of you who have pain problems.

It is no small surprise that the first obstacle course race that AIM Member and Red Rush Athlete James Olmos ever partici pated in was with his family. Together they braved

a mud run called the Rugged Maniac. Unprepared for what lay ahead, James, his wife and their three sons scaled eight-foot walls and slid down muck-covered slopes while wearing improper shoes and cotton clothing, just having fun and taking snapshots the whole time. Although James still runs races with his wife and children when possible, he has become a lot more competitive. At forty-seven, he finished his first half-marathon in less than two hours and is con-sidering the possibilities of run-ning full marathons and even a 50k.

Although relatively new to AIM, James has long been an advocate of good health and fitness. He instilled those values in his children. “Parents need the balance of exercise, not only to be an encouragement and an example to their children, but exercise relieves stress and gives you the energy needed to raise children. It’s fine to bake cookies with your kids, but going for a walk afterwards teaches them the balance between enjoying treats while maintaining good health,” James said.

All his sons grew up physically active. His oldest son was on the high school track team and was honored as a scholar athlete. His two youngest boys both followed in their mother’s footsteps—a professional ballerina and modern dancer—and joined their high school dance production teams as well as participating in other sports like lacrosse and soccer. Although his boys have grown, they are still conscious of what they eat and are active. James is very proud of them all.
