• Thanks to everybody for all their hard work throughout the year • Our numbers are increasing, which is wonderful to see • Financially we were stung by the Athletics Carnival, however we are doing ok • Pendants are with a Graphic Designer, once ready it will go through to our Supplier in

Dapto, ready for next year

• Presentation Night is to be held over for nxt year • Let us know if you are in need of certificates from sport you have played this year & we

will get them out to you • Casula PS were Australian Athletics Champs • Calendar viewed and agreed on, main points of change to note, minus one general meeting in

Term 1 & Back updates now actually on there • Morning Sports times during summer PSSA:

CONS: Bus Companies Children coming to school late Friday becomes a total ride off PROS: Sun Safety Get out of the sun early in the day All Schools participating

• Suggestion by Josh Lanham to keep Term One PSSA at the same time & in Term Four change the times to a 10am start.

• Our group voted on this idea- For: 14 & Against: 7 • Revisit the decision next year, everyone will need to go back & discuss with their principals

about Term 4 PSSA. • Constitution was updated and agreed upon • Shirt sizes taken for all members who are part taking in a job within our Zone
