thought has found its words”

CONCERN TRIBUTE TO THE COMBATANT

Torture in country border,

Yet they fight for what no honour!

They sacrifice everything for the nation,

With living their life without caution!

Loads of pain and hurt to bear,

But are they given proper fare?

They spend everyday with the threat of losing lives,

When the heart aching for their children and wives!

They have nothing to frighten about,

Even none to worry about them!

These soldiers make us feel secure,

But the sufferings they undergo are still obscure!

Bleeding, Injuries, Fracture, Wound...

Finally comes a body with tricolour flag draped around!

Enough of posting and boasting about them!

It's time to add them in our prayers though we ain't able

to reach them in real!

That's the true reverence shown to them rather than

saluting them at airports...

Don't Quit

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

When the roads you are trudging seems all uphill,

When the funds are low and the debts are high,

And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit,

Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,

As every one of us sometimes learns

And many a failure turns about,

When he might have won had he stuck it out;

Don't give up though the pace seems slow,

You may succeed with another blow.
