AUCTION GUIDELINES
Payments are accepted with cash, check (made out to GCCNS) or Visa/Mastercard and must be paid in full at the event. Please note that there will be a credit card convenience fee of 3%.
Each silent auction item has a corresponding bid sheet. Bidders must legibly print their assigned bid number when making a bid. Minimum bid and increments shown on the bid sheets must be observed. A warning will be announced prior to the closing of each silent auction table. The winning bid will be circled at the time that each table closes. The winner of each item will be the highest bidder at close. Only bids in correct
bid increments will be honored. We have tried to describe the auction items listed in this program correctly, but
all property is sold “as is”. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges or replacements for lost
certificates. Be sure to check all restrictions and expirations dates on all items. If two or more parties are bidding in earnest for the same item at the time of
closing, the table captain will ask each party to write a final secret bid on a piece of paper. The highest bid will win.
As we teach our preschoolers:
“You Get What You Get and You Don’t Get Upset”
