Mix it Up - VIP Cocktail Crafting Experience at Parkway Grill This exclusive event is by INVITATION ONLY. Join acclaimed restaurateur, Gregg Smith, as he welcomes you and eight of your closest friends to a cocktail-making extravaganza that will blow your mind. Led by Parkway’s team of master mixologists, this package includes a session on the secrets of cocktail creation. At the end of the session, a personalized cocktail will be named after the winner and placed on the Parkway Grill cocktail menu for the following month. The festive gathering will feature gourmet appetizers from the Parkway Grill Kitchen, all laid out in a private room. Music Director David Lockington and Pasadena Symphony musicians will color the event with musical pairings throughout. Your friends will be lining up to get an invitation!

Fund the Future - Young People and Music Education We see the future everyday in the faces of young people and the music we share. This next generation of artists and audiences is counting on all of us. Can you imagine a world where young people aren’t able to experience the joy and beauty of listening to and making live music? For over five decades, the Pasadena Symphony and POPS has been an important partner in enriching the lives of young people through their exploration of great music. Our nationally recognized Pasadena Youth Symphony Orchestra is made up of over 300 students from 46 schools all over Southern California. In addition to their music education, all students receive no-cost access to PSA concerts through our Student Access program, bringing them, and their families, closer to the music.

But we can’t do it alone – providing quality music education is an expensive endeavor. We need your help to Fund-the-Future for our youth, and preserve the legacy of great music for the next generation.

Your Love Story Lives Forever in MusicHow better to express your love than in music! This ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY will have Music Director David Lockington create an original piece of chamber music for cello and violin. Working in close collaboration with you and your loved one, David will get to know the facets of your special bond. In February of 2020, David will unveil his creation at a personally designed VIP event featuring David and Pasadena Symphony guest artist, violinist Nick Kendall. Once the piece is published, the winner and their love will forever be remembered through the inscription at the top of the piece: For my love…The world premiere of this chamber piece will be scheduled during the week of February 10-14, 2020, at a mutually agreed upon time.
