Biography Yesenin Sergei Aleksandrovich (1895 1925)Sergei Aleksandrovich Yesenin was born in a village, a peasant family. He graduated from four-year rural school, then a church school. In 1912, the poet moved to Moscow. In 1914, a children's magazine Mirok first published a poem of Esenin. Later he worked in a printing house, entered into a literary and musical circle of Surikov, attended lectures in the People's University. For the first time Esenin appeared in the Moscow magazine in 1914. He was enthusiastically adopted by the literary circles of the capital. Yesenin quickly became a loud glory. In 1916 he released his first collection of poems Radunitsa. It was a time of rapid spiritual growth and improvement of skills of the poet. "My poetry is alive with one great love, love for my homeland. A sense of fatherland is basic in my work "- said Yesenin. Best pages of Esenin vividly captured the spiritual beauty of Russian people.
