Description of the Activity Background:

Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Padjadjaran has been actively involved in

many organizational activities both nationally and internationally. One of the

international organization participated is IPSF (International Pharmaceutical

Student Federation). To deliver the qualified members of IPSF, IPSF BEM

Kemafar UNPAD implemented this event as it’s annual work program. This

event is expected to be arena to train the leadership of each members of IPSF

BEM Kemafar so that will bring good sake for the future of Faculty of

Pharmacy of Universitas Padjadjaran in international.

Aims:

To be the training arena for each members of IPSF BEM Kemafar Unpad in

developing his leadership skill.

To strengthen the sense of belonging within the members of IPSF BEM

Kemafar Unpad.

To bring new spirit for developing the IPSF BEM Kemafar UNPAD in

international.

Methods and Used Tools / Materials:

Seminar, sharing, games, simulation, and forum group discussion.

Results:

The event could be held well, and participated by 12 participants and all the

speakers from Unpad, UGM, and ITB could deliver the matter requested by

committee. Participants indeed got involved actively in all simulation and

forum group discussion by presenting their discussion to audience. The

games provided during matter successfully increased the closeness between

IPSF members of Unpad and IPSF members of UGM and ITB. Both

participants and committee were informed and motivated by the activities

and the annual work of IPSF in UGM and ITB so that have the new spirit to

develop IPSF BEM Kemafar. However, the number of participants were not as

much as expected since this event was purposed for all 2011 and 2010

classes IPSF Bem Kemafar members.

March 29th : Chairperson of Event was selected Plotting for committee

March 30th- April 3rd

: Preparing and acquiring permission to hold on event from faculty

March 29th - April 2nd

: Planning and plotting for the rundown

April 5th : Rundown and Term of Reference were delivered to speakers

April 5th-6th : Preparation for materials that are needed during event

April 7th : LIT event

Comments and/or Ideas Arising From the Activity We do hope that this event is held annually to upgrade the sense of belonging

member to IPSF and feel the IPSF spirit eventhough the members are not able

to attend regional symposium or world congress and the IPSF members of

BEM Kemafar could cooperate with IPSF members of other university so that

they will get motivated to create more efforts in developing the association.

Hope the next similiar event will be planned and enriched more with the

interesting and essential matters, also packaged with attractive games. This

event also should be held at least twice a year to keep up good relation within

IPSF members in BEM Kemafar Unpad.
