SUMMARY Provide assistance to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer to ensure regulatory
compliance with regards to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering/OFAC rules and
regulations. Assist the BSA Officer in developing systems and procedures in order to ensure the
operating success and efficiency of our BSA approach. Responsible for the day-to-day

regulatory filing according to Financial Crime Enforcement Network (FinCEN) guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be
assigned): I. BANK SECRECY ACT/ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING ANALYST (75% of job
function) 1. Responsible for the identification and tracking of suspicious activity through the
generation and review of various BSA systems and reports for signs of any potentially unusual
customer activity. 2. Responsible for reviewing daily cash reports to ensure that proper CTR and
Monetary Instrument Forms are completed timely and accurately. 3. Assist branches with proper
completion of CTR data entry 4. Responsible for the accurate completion and timely submission
of CTRs to the BSA Officer for filing. 5. Responsible for 314(a) record search and
documentation of any findings. 4. Responsible for adequately investigating and documenting
suspicious activity including, after consultation with the BSA Officer, the escalation of alerts to
case for further investigation. 5. Collect requested documentation for examiners, auditors, law
enforcement and governmental agencies regarding SARs, CTRs, and AML monitoring records.
6. Perform and document due diligence reviews on exempt customers, high risk customers and
new customers as required. 7. Attend various training seminars in order to maintain a proficient
working knowledge of the BSA/AML rules. 8. Responsible for ensuring that OFAC watch lists
are update, and conducting reviews for potential OFAC hits through the Bank’s various sources
of OFAC systems. 9. Responsible for monthly upload of international wires into the BSA
monitoring system. 10. Prepare documents for retention. 11. Responsible for organizing and
prioritizing workloads to ensure all job requirements are completed thoroughly and by their
required deadlines.
II. LEGAL SECRETARY(25% of job function) 1. Responsible for completing and submitting
expense reports. 2. Complete all assigned work orders. 3. File all original contracts received by
the Legal Department. 4. Responsible for any additional duties that may be assigned by the Legal
Department.
