Hi Matt!

Here I am in Rome (Italy) having a fantastic time with my schoolmates. We are staying in a big hotel near the metro and bus station Termini. It’s not a place where I would like to live but it is okay to stay for a week because it is cheap and the rooms are comfortables.

Yesterday we went to the Colosseum and to the Roman Forum. Both monuments are spectacular. I love the Colosseum it’s as big as a football stadium and it’s full of history. After the visit we went to have dinner in a typical italian pizzeria and to have an ice cream in the Navona square. In the evening we went back to the hotel to have a shower and went dinner. At this moment we are in the hotel playing cards and listening to music.

Rome it’s so cozy and full of history. In every street you can engoy a roman monument. The two only things I don’t like is the temperature and the streets full of people sellings glasses and T-shirts.

We usually go to visit a monument where the guide explain us a lot of curious things about the roman culture. During the mightday we search a restaurant to eat a pizza as cheaper as we can. And in the afternoon we go shopping.
