On Track to Meet Our 2020 Goal! Liz Merzigian was asked to be a presenter at the recent BBC

Summit in Washington, DC. as a result of her and her team’s work toward energy efficiency retrofits. PPI was recently informed that, through these efforts, PPI has reduced energy by 10% across our portfolio (properties reporting while building data) since we joined BBC in 2014. This means we’re half way to our commitment of 20% energy use reduction by 2022. Congratulations to Liz and her team for this amazing accomplishment!

• Pay close attention to your domestic hot water temperature this time of year as the temperature tends to creep up due to warmer water entering the building. State law requires the temperature be set at 120 degrees.

• Preventative maintenance on all heating systems should be completed by October 15th.

Barstow Village is such a beautiful and comfortable place for Seniors to live. Property Manager Mary Means is top notch. She is dedicated, so caring, always willing to listen, stays on top of things and carries them out well.

~ Carol MacDonald, resident at Barstow Village, Hanover

My interactions with your Braintree staff, Mrs. Carlota Rios-Kulin, Ms. Carolyn Fagan-Rayner, Mr. Jose Rivera over the last few years has been nothing short of exemplary! Regardless of occasional issues that arise, your staff always responds and implements resolutions to satisfy the concern. I’ve dealt personally with Mrs. Kulin. She is principled, manages with alacrity and above all… exercises good judgement. Same with Carolyn, Jose and Heather; all professional extensions of this orbit!
