For: Sally Grozny Date / Time: 22 September / 3:45 P.M.Caller: Victor Costa Taken by: Rosalyn Camden
Mr. Costa from the head office in London called and said that he is looking forward to visiting our branch in two weeks, but he wanted to make some changes to the scheduled itinerary.
Firstly, he would like to take a flight back that arrives half an hour earlier than the one you have booked for him. This is so that he has plenty of time to catch the last train home. Secondly, he thinks it would be best for the factory inspection to be done as early as possible. Since there is nothing scheduled on Wednesday afternoon, he suggested doing the inspection then instead. Please call him back or e-mail him with the revised itinerary.
