New Forest House mixes elegance and style with luxurious comfort and relaxation. We love the warm welcoming rooms where you can just sit back and relax and the cosy little corners for a bit of me-time.

LIVING ROOMS

• Entrance Hallway: A spectacularly impressive entrance hallway with an open fireplace

• Double Lounge: A huge double-lounge, separated by a archway with plenty of seating on luxurious chairs and sofas. There is a TV with Freeview cleverly stored away in a cupboard, raised by a mechanical lift when required

• Dining room: a lavish and contemporary dining room which comfortably seats

24+ (up to 30 when additional guests are staying in the cottages).

• Cloakroom: There is a downstairs cloakroom with W.C.

On the Lower Ground floor:

• Cinema room: a cosy cinema room with Sonos surround sound, DVD player and large 65” TV with Freeview

• Pool table/games room: pool table and a selection of board games

COOKING AND DINING

• Kitchen: a fully-equipped hand-painted kitchen with two Miele ovens and warming drawers, induction hob, two large fridges, wine cooler, dishwasher and a hot tap and breakfast bar.

• Small kitchen: just off the main kitchen is a second small kitchen which external

caterers will find particularly useful. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, additional sink, microwave, oven, warming drawer, fridge, small freezer and a small table with seating for 6 guests.

• Study/utility room: this small room can be used as an office when required. Neatly

hidden away in wall units is a washing machine and dryer.

THE GROUNDS

Grounds New Forest Estate is accessed through private gates, with a gravel driveway. The Estate has 15 acres of gardens and naturally-landscaped grounds that have been cultivated since the 18th century. Enjoy a long walk through the woodland, enjoy a picnic in the gardens, or simply relax on the terrace seating and read a book. BEDROOMS – sleeps 24 in 12 bedrooms

THE COACH HOUSE

The Coach House is available as a bolt-on to New Forest House bookings to add extra capacity. While only a stone’s throw from New Forest House, is has been carefully designed with its own private gardens and separate entrance driveway (shared with Magnolia Cottage). THE COACH HOUSE – sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms l Indicates a choice of bed configuration Living room: Lovingly renovated to provide luxury accommodation, the generous sized sitting room with wood-burning stove is the ideal place for everyone to relax in and unwind after a day exploring and discovering the beauty of the area. A door opens onto the large private lawned garden. Kitchen: The large kitchen/dining room has a table seating ten (extra table available) ideal for relaxed eating and celebratory meals. It is fully equipped with granite worktops, dishwasher, two ovens, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all utensils. Three sets of doors open up onto both the lawned garden and the cobbled courtyard. Utility room: A small space that houses a washing machine and dryer and is the perfect space for leaving your muddy boots after a long walk in the stunning gardens and the New Forest.
