I am looking for an entry level teaching position working with students of various abilities. I believe utilizing assistive technology to allow students with disabilities greater access to curriculum as that of their same age peers in a least restrictive environment. I believe the collection and tracking of student assessment data is the most effective means of guiding teacher instruction. I believe all students have the ability to learn and achieve to the best of their abilities. I believe in teaching tolerance and understanding diversity is imperative to a better understanding of the world we live in.
