tight, insulated)
• Double-Membrane gasholder• Side mixing & pump systems
Max. Ø 18 mFilling level: 12 mVolume up to: 3 000 m³Gas storage max: 600 m³
+ optimized diameter/height ratio to minimize heat demand / mixing energy and reduce complete foot-print of plant + free supported hard roof that can be insulated and protects against wind/snow loads, UV-light+ gas storage does not require blower no energy consumption + innovative mixing & pumping systems
Max. Ø 21 m +Filling level: 14 mVolume up to: 6 000 m³Gas storage: 0 m³
+ free supported gas-tight stainless steel roof extremely durable and does not need replacement after 8-12 years (like foil roofs)+ fully walkable and possible to install components on the roof+ suitable for high wind/snow loads+ fully insulated reduced heat-loss+ OPEX
- No integrated gas storage means that it has to be combined with either KomBio or ECO or LIPP gas accumulator- CAPEX
Operating pressure: -2 to +5 mbar
Vertical mixerHomogenization: side-entry mixing and pump systems
-5 to + 25 mbar
Max. Ø 38 mFilling level: 11 mVolume up to: 10 000 m³Gas storage: depending on Ø
Max. Ø 21 mFilling level: 14 mVolume up to: 6 000 m³Gas storage: 0 m³
+ installation of different gas-holders possible ¼ 1/3 and ½ big gas volumes+ CAPEX
- High energy demand for heating / mixing / blower - Limitation of roof for wind / snow loads- OPEX (roof replacement after 8-12 year) causes down-times + costs for material / labour/ equipment)
Side mixing or
+ low-pressure operation up to 25 mbar possible+ easily to integrate in existing plants+ optimized diameter / height ratio + suitable for high wind-loads, seismic zones+ low energy demand for vertical mixer
- No integrated gas storage- Difficult access and maintenance of
central mixer expensive steelwork- High CAPEX due to combined roof
construction
