This project required an external stainless steel

Rigid Bow Truss to maximize the width of the solar

shading. Linox manufactured and supplied the

rigid bow truss and also provided complete

engineering support for the installation.

BANKSTOWN COURTHOUSE - SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

This project required an architectural canopy that incorporated an artistic design. The

whole project of design, engineering, supply and installation was performed by Linox.

The component parts are all Linox standard canopy fittings and the glass is a Dupont

photographic interlayer which incorporated the design within glass interlayer.

CANOPY, HUNTER ST PARRAMATTA, SYDNEY - AUSTRALIA

PRIVATE DEVELOPER AND PARRAMATTA CITY COUNCIL

This project required an aesthetic design that integrated the existing New York

Subway. The brief was to provide a number of street level canopies across numerous

New York subway stations. The canopies were designed to provide natural light and

ventilation. Linox engineered and supplied all of the fittings and worked closely with

the glazing contractor to ensure the successful completion of the project.

This project required a Tension Rod Facade to meet the architects requirements of having large areas of glazing. The slim line design allowed for the maximum amount

of unobstructed light to enter into the college. Linox was involved from the early

stages of design and construction and supplied the complete assembly. Linox

provided full engineering and technical support for the architect and glazing

contractor.

ST IGNAUTIS COLLEGE, SYDNEY - AUSTRALIA

VALUE ($ US):


This project required an architecturally designed facade system incorporating shading

control and solar efficiency. Linox worked with the project architects and builders to

provide a custom manufactured stainless steel spider system incorporating linear

actuator drives to control the positioning of the vertical louver system. Linox also

provided on site engineering support services to ensure that the 5500 sq m glazing

support system was installed efficiently and to the architects high specification.
