The conference targets law enforcement officers, researchers, practitioners and politicians from Scandinavia, EU and sur-rounding countries. Key-note speakers, experts in the field from Italy, Sweden, Hol-land, EU and international drug control bodies, invite to a con-structive dialogue and experience exchange.
