Steps

1 Open Tally erp.9 select any company you want & simultaneously open Excel file

2 Go to data tab in your excel sheet & select From Microsoft query (see screen shot)

Step 3 select Tally ODBC Server & click ok

Step 4 Click L it will comes Ledger & thereafter enter

Step-5 Scroll down your cursor till name Tab will come and thereafter enter

Step-6 Do the same thing for Parent Opening bal & closing Bal

Step-7 click next -2 when it comes finish

Step-8 Click ok

It will comes in above format & you have to just link with balance sheet or Mis as you required

Note: all debit balance in ledgers comes negative & positive will comes for credit balances

Whenever you have passed any entry in tally your excel sheet will automatically updated see next and final step how it comes

Now being as Account Manager you might have to track Trial on daily basis whether entry passed by executive level staff is correct, see how we can use this to track such changes
