ALL FOOTPATHS, BATTERS, SITE REGARDING AREAS, BASINS AND CATCHDRAINS). TOPSOIL SHALL NOT BE RESPREAD ON ANY OTHER AREAS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED BY THE SUPERINTENDENT.
