The control box - the heart of the systemThe control centre of a desk system is the control box - ensuring power and communication to the rest of the

system. Here are some of the hallmarks:

CBD4/CBD5 TeChnology

The CBD4/5 is designed as a solid-state unit, i.e. there are no moving parts like e.g. relays. The handset is activated,

no clicking sounds can be heard from relays.

The CBD4/5 has speed control. This means that the columns / built-in actuators will run with a constant speed and

the speed will be the same whether running upwards or downwards.

AuTo DeTeCTion

Auto detection of leg type means that the same control box can be used with all types of legs. (DL) and built-in

actuators (DB’s). Furthermore, the control box also detects the number of units connected, so e.g. it is possible to

run a 2-parallel system on either a 3 or 4-channel control box.

The control ensures soft start and stop of the legs independent of load.

The DL7 DESKLIFT is the first LINAK basic column, which combines a well-

proven technology and basic features into a price performance optimised

low-cost 2-part column. The DL7 column is developed for desks where the

basic features of an electrical height adjustable desk are required. The column

is available with a regtangular or a round profile. The DL7 system is primarily

intended for 2 parallel applications. The upside down construction gives a

very compact and clean design and is very stable even though a crossbar is

not needed.
