Fra design til vævning er ethvert Linie Design tæppe et

stykke unikt kunsthåndværk fremstillet i Indien efter

gamle håndværksmæssige teknikker.

Designteamet har med baggrund i mange års erfaring

og omhyggelig research nøje udvalgt materialer og far-

ver og dermed skabt en varieret og nytænkende kollek-

tion.

Tæpperne udmærker sig ved en ekstra bomuldsbagside,

der gør tæppet særdeles slidstærkt og ved muligheden

for at kunne fladvaskes af fagfolk, hvilket sikrer mange års

daglig glæde ved tæppet.

Produktionen kontrolleres løbende i samarbejde med

lokale organisationer for at sikre, at arbejdet udføres

under sikre forhold af voksne vævere. Endvidere bidrag-

er Linie Design med sit medlemskab af Care & Fair til

opførelse og vedligeholdelse af skoler, børnehaver og

hospitaler i Indien.

Tæpperne kan ud over standardmål fremstilles efter

specialmål i kvadratiske, rektangulære og runde former.

Stilen er enkel og harmonisk, på én gang klassisk og

nutidig, i en raffineret og tidløs farveskala.

DET MODERNE HJEM

From design to weaving, a Linie Design rug is a unique

piece of handicraft produced in India using old, traditio-

nal techniques.

With many years of experience and through meticulous

research the design team has carefully selected the

materials and colours with which they have created a

varied and original collection.

The rugs are distinguished by an extra cotton back,

making them very hard-wearing and flat washing by pro-

fessionals ensures many years of daily pleasure from the

rug.

With the aid of local organisations the production is con-

tinually monitored to ensure that the production work is

carried out by adult weavers under safe conditions. Linie

Design contributes also to the building and maintenance

of schools, kindergartens and hospitals in India, through

its membership of Care & Fair.

The rugs are produced in standard sizes, but can also be

custom-made in square, rectangular and round shapes.

The style is clean and harmonious, classic and yet con-

temporary, in a refined and timeless colour scheme.

THE MODERN HOME

Vom Design bis zum Webvorgang ist jeder Linie Design-

Teppich ein kunsthandwerkliches Unikat, hergestellt in

Indien nach alten Handwerkstechniken.

Das Designerteam hat mit seiner langjährigen Erfahrung

und anhand sorgfältiger Recherchen eine genaue

Auswahl an Materialien und Farben getroffen und damit

eine variantenreiche und in neuen Bahnen denkende

Kollektion geschaffen.

Die Teppiche besitzen eine zusätzliche Baumwoll-unter-

seite und sind daher besonders strapazierfähig.

Flachwäsche durch einen Reinigungsfachbetrieb ist

möglich und sichert Ihnen über viele Jahre täglich neue

Freude an Ihrem Teppich.

Die Teppichproduktion wird in Zusammenarbeit mit örtli-

chen Organisationen laufend kontrolliert, um sicherzustel-

len, dass die Arbeit unter sicheren Bedingungen von

erwachsenen Webern ausgeführt wird. Des Weiteren

trägt Linie Design mit seiner Mitgliedschaft bei Care & Fair

zum Bau und zur Erhaltung von Schu-len, Kindergärten

und Krankenhäusern in Indien bei.

Neben Standardmaßen sind die Teppiche auch in

Sondermaßen in quadratischer, rechteckiger und runder

Form lieferbar.

Der Stil ist schlicht und harmonisch, klassisch und mo-

dern zugleich, in einer raffinierten und zeitlosen Farbskala.
