Amanda, I finally had a moment to write you a complimentary note about our experience with you. I am very proud to work for an organization that believes that investing in their people is number 1. I was tasked with researching sales trainers for our National Sales Meeting in May 2012. Before I started my search, I had the opportunity to read “Take the Stairs” by Rory Vaden. I reached out to Southwestern Recruiting for some assistance. Shayne Merrick told me about Southwestern Consulting and with Keith Kimble’s assistance we were able to reach you. The reason for us choosing SW Consulting over others was your experience in sales training with insurance agents. This consultative type of sales training matches our sales methodology of SPIN Selling. You were able to construct a 3 hour sales training for our team in a short amount of time and it was spot on! We asked you to not conflict with our current sales approach and you did not. You lead a discussion on understanding the decision makers’ personality that our group has not seen before. We discussed spending 30 minutes on this and ended up spending 90 minutes on it. Time well spent, as this topic was the biggest takeaway of our entire 3 days together.
