Development Improvements• Removal of existing vacuum pumps at tank rooms in buildings 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11• Installation of new vacuum pumps on raised platform/pad in each of those seven buildings• Installation of new condensate pumps in buildings 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7• Removal of existing domestic hot water heaters/storage tanks in tank room of building #2• Installation of new “semi-instantaneous” domestic hot water systems• Installation of new sump pumps in new and existing sump pits in buildings 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11• Installation of new flood pump in building 9• New interior finishes and painting at tank rooms• Removal and replacement of select interior lighting fixtures at boiler room and auxiliary spaces

as indicated and scheduled• Removal and replacement of select hollow metal doors, frames and hardware• Replacement/repairs of architectural/construction elements at existing tank rooms at buildings

1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11. Work includes new louvers with window guards, new hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, new concrete pads for equipment, new painting and finishes, and new railings and platforms.

• Provide new doors, frames and hardware, including new stainless steel exterior doors and frames

• Replacement and/or repair of portions of steam and condensate distribution piping networ within seven buildings

• Asbestos abatement, as needed to complete the above work
