THIS ACTION BROUGHT PUR-SUANT TO THE POWER AND AUTHORITY contained within
that certain Deed of Trust ex-ecuted and delivered by Randy Ward and Mavis F. Ward dated March 25, 2014 and recorded on April 1, 2014 in Book RB 1081 at Page 370 in the Office of Register of Deeds of Columbus County, North Carolina. As a re-sult of a default in the obligations contained within the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust and the failure to carry out and perform the stipulation and agreements contained therein, the holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust made demand to have the default cured, which was not met. THIS ACTION BROUGHT PUR-SUANT TO THE POWER AND AUTHORITY contained within that certain Deed of Trust ex-ecuted and delivered by Perry Shipman dated October 10, 2001 and recorded on October 19, 2001 in Book 667 at Page 262 in the Office of Register of Deeds of Columbus County, North Carolina. As a result of a default in the obligations con-tained within the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust and the failure to carry out and perform the stipulation and agreements contained therein, the holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust made demand to have the default cured, which was not met.
