Illustration — I like to use imagery to highlight information. Techniques include infographics, pattern, and layout to reflect an idea or feeling.
Conceptual — Having an art background I have exceptional conceptual, editing and critical thinking processes.
Photography — I have many years experience in photo making. Having an eye for composition and apitutde for direction is Key.
Bespoke — I really enjoy creating outside of the box. One off / unique is my signature. Understanding what makes a subject different and building on its strengths is vital.

Typography — I am obsessed with type and font. Utilising font choices that reflect comtemporary styles and information, is important to me.

I am a Designer & Visual Artist. My aesthetic has a strong base in illustration and bespoke. Whilst having excellent computer graphics and typography skills, utilising a background in Fine Art has set my work apart. I have an ability to contextualise and edit, always producing unique work. I am passionate about colour, composition and form. I love variety, and I have strengths in most aspects of design. For me design is a new career, I have previously been a wedding photographer, a Dispensing Optician and an accounts Manager. Becoming a Designer has been finding my passion, I love it.

New Zealand Wine; Marketing, Events & Comms In-House Graphic Designer Maintaining established quality and aesthetic standards for the New Zealand Wine brand with all published materials, including printed, digital and video. Strategic development and evolution of the New Zealand Wine brand with an awareness of current market trends. Production of materials for all departments within the company, maintaining cohesion within all, whilst constantly creating fresh and interesting work. The majority of time has been in global events marketing, creating artwork for events from web campaigns to catalogues, billboards and magazine advertorial’s. Event collaborations with Air New Zealand, New Zealand Trade & Enderprise, New Zealand Tourism and Parliment. Associations with the Royal tour and The Hobbit Screening/s.

THE LOGOPlease do not redraw or distort the Air New Zealand Wine Awards logo. Electronically sourced artwork should be used in all cases. Where possible use a black logo on white background. If this is not possible use the white version.
CLEAR SPACE REQUIREMENTSThe clear space requirement is determined by the width of the Koru part of the Air New Zealand logo.
MINIMUM SIZEThe minimum size that the Air New Zealand Wine Awards logo should be reproduced is 35mm, and 30mm for the medals.
COLOUR PALATEThe Air New Zealand Wine Awards logo is only to be reproduced in or inversed out of 100% black.
The medals use Pantone spot colours:

An invite-only masterclass exploring the ageability of New Zealand’s red wines, this masterclass aims to clearly demonstrate the capacity of New Zealand wine for cellaring.
The masterclass will be hosted by two Masters of Wine from across the Asia-Pacific region: Jane Skilton MW (New Zealand) and Debra Meiburg MW (Hong Kong). They will introduce both historic vintages and current releases, showing six pairs of wines side-by-side to demonstrate each wine’s evolution.
