The EYE program draws on a broad range of cultural influences to
explore both our innate natural biases and our personal gifts and talents,
and how we can best acknowledge and use these to serve others
as well as ourselves.
EYE recognises the need for a personal inward focus
followed by a cross-cultural view of how we can work together
most effectively.More than a culturally diverse
training program, EYE is an
equity-centred framework
connecting the multiple
elements of individual
and organisational
cultural intelligence.

The delivery framework
2 x half-day workshops, or2 x whole-day workshops with further shared stories and interaction.
The EYE program is a great benefit for individuals and groups with shared aims and strategies in both the corporate and diverse community sectors.
