Why do they assume he’s guilty due to race?

A man staggers through the streets of a city, his clothes in rags, why is he ignored? Race?

Why do they ignore him if it’s race?What about money/class?

Editing Representational issues

Good paragraph example:

The Camera pans past the figure standing in the by the post suggesting fear and anxiety. The introduction of the character ‘The African Man’ through low angle shots create a sense of power which portrays him to look like a monster arising out of the shadows.

What is wrong with this?

‘A close up shot is used where everything is close to the camera. And it is also tilted. The neon signs and camera appear to be tilted. The sign resembles lights in a dance club. The tilt is giving a point to the audience as if they were dancing in a night club.’

Rewrite in a more effective style.
