Psychics and Healers from all over the area arecoming together in September to raise funds tobenefit SFFI-Raleigh ChapterOur annual fundraiser this year is a psychic and healing fair featuring many of the area’s toppsychics, healers and other practitioners who have graciously volunteered their time to assist us incovering operating costs. Most practitioners will offer 15-minute readings or healings for a fee of $15.Subsequent 15-minute sessions (after the purchase of the first) will cost $10. Some practitioners(noted within) require longer sessions for effective use of their skills. The cost for these 35-minutesessions is $30.

We all seek a sense of belonging to the world around us andto each other. We innately recognize the interdependence of theearth and her children. The Celtic tradition, rich in myth andmagic, song and story, is for many of us a pull from our ancestralroots and our vital connection to the land.
In our collective quest for independence and individuality,we have lost our connection to the ancients, our ancestors.We have lost the thread that links us to the web of creation.Though this thread is never truly broken, we are feelingdisconnected from the natural rhythms of the world around us.

Our primal, natural state of being is magical. We are attuned to the spirit that moves through all things.Our Celtic ancestors, with their rituals and folk-soul customs, hold keys to a sense of belonging we crave—keysto the gateways between the worlds where we commune with earth and sky and the Divine.
The legacy of the Celts has been preserved through myth, song and poetry. Gods and Goddesses wereteachers and initiators. Cycles of birth, life and death were expressed through their rituals, stories and in theknotwork for which they are so known.
On September 6, Cherie Lassiter will explore the rituals, symbols and magical history of the Celts. She willshow us how to draw closer to the world of Faery and to the Goddess.
As a Celtic Priestess, Cherie has been teaching and performing rituals for over a decade. Her musicalabilities as well as gifts of healing and divination are hallmarks of Celtic tradition. Of Scottish, Welsh andEnglish heritage, Cherie feels the call of the blood as well as that of cellular memory.
“I have walked this path in many lifetimes and am only doing what comes natural to my soul.”A present-day bard, Cherie has re-released her CD, HeartShadows, with several new tracks and has begun
