you’ll enjoy a night on the town. The next day a short flight

to Whitehorse will deliver you to the Yukon, where your

aurora adventure will begin! The cozy Inn on the Lake

provides the perfect backdrop for endless winter activities

& aurora borealis viewing. After four days at the Inn, you’ll

return to Vancouver for two days of sightseeing.

Upon your arrival in Vancouver, you’ll be met by your driver and transported downtown

to your hotel. Depending on your schedule you may wish to explore downtown

Vancouver, nearby Yaletown or Stanley Park. You’re in the heart of the entertainment

district, with plenty of fantastic restaurants to choose from. We’re happy to make

recommendations or reservations for you! Accommodations are at the Sheraton

Travel to Whitehorse

Today your driver will meet you for your private transfer to the Vancouver International

Airport. After a short 2 ½ hour flight to Whitehorse, you’ll be met and shuttled to Inn on

the Lake, 35 minutes south of Whitehorse.. After a hearty supper and welcome

orientation, turn your view skyward to admire the jaw-dropping northern lights.

Today is all about exploring! Trading in the slow pace of yesterday’s fishing, you’re I

n for an adventurous discovery of the Inn’s surrounding area. Ride your very own

snowmobile through scenic trails, taking in the sights along the way. Soak your

muscles with an afternoon dip in the outdoor hot tub or visit to the sauna. After

another gourmet dinner, admire the dancing lights of the aurora borealis.

Today you’ll experience a quintessentially Canadian activity: Ice fishing! This is not for

impatient anglers, you’ll be drilling holes into thick ice and waiting for a bite. Stay

warm with a hot drink and reel in a fighter! Fantastic beasts reside under the Yukon

ice, and you may reel in a massive trout or Arctic char. The afternoon is entirely up

to you. Warm up by the fire, or go for a snowy hike around Marsh Lake. Nightfall

brings another opportunity for epic northern lights viewing, enjoy the show!

Today you’ll strap on snowshoes and take to the trails! A peaceful activity, snowshoeing

in the Yukon is a fantastic blend of exercise and tradition. Meander through snowy

backcountry paths, stopping to take in the stunning scenery that surrounds you. Enjoy

an afternoon at leisure today, soaking up the wintery scenery from the 90-foot deck or

outdoor hot tub. Another evening brings superb aurora viewing, no two light shows are

After a hearty breakfast your shuttle will deliver you to Erik Nielsen Whitehorse

International Airport for your short return flight to Vancouver (cost of flight not included

in package). Upon your arrival in Vancouver you’ll be met by your driver for your short

transfer to your hotel downtown. The afternoon and evening are yours to spend at

leisure. You may wish to revisit a neighborhood that caught your eye days earlier.
