Information and conditions

The above conditions for a test phase of three months only apply if you decide by December 31, 2020 at the latest and apply to companies only.

The credit is only available following the conclusion of a separate Solution Provider agreement with T-Systems. This document is for information purposes only and is not a binding offer. If you are interested, we will be happy to send you the relevant contract documents. These also detail the exact content of the services.

The saving will be credited on the first of the month and offset against the actual use of AWS resources and Managed Cloud Services for AWS. The costs are based on the AWS list prices, which are updated daily, for the use of AWS resources and the T-Systems charges calculated on the basis of these for Managed Cloud Services for AWS.

The credit only applies for the use of AWS resources and Managed Cloud Services for AWS Foundation and expires at the end of the month. It is not carried over to the next month. The credit cannot be paid out or offset against other amounts payable by you to Deutsche Telekom.

If you make use of services in excess of the amount of the credit, you will be billed for these based on the AWS list prices, which are updated daily, for the use of AWS resources and the T-Systems charges calculated on the basis of these for Managed Cloud Services for AWS.

If you make use of the services beyond the agreed test phase, the service will extend automatically. The service will then switch to regular operation and the terms and conditions and charges for regular operation apply.

If you would like to terminate use at the end of the test phase, simply send an email to aws-servicemanagement@t-systems.com, which must be received by our Service Management team at the above address three days before the required end of the agreement at the latest. Your data will be deleted at the end of the agreement if you have not imported it into another system before the end of the agreement.
