Protected: The robust one (IP64)
With its well thought-through design, high protection ratings and excellent visual comfort, Licross® Protected is the lighting professional for every type of industrial environment – from production to logistics, mechanical engineering to the food industry.
UncomplicatedThe inserts are connected via pick-up
in the rail. The wiring confi guration is also set at this point simply by
sliding the insert along the rail.
Recessed: The fl exible one (IP40)
One design, a multitude of options – all Licross®
recessed inserts disappear neatly into the mounting rail and offer maximum application fl exibility thanks to special light distribution options.

Performance: The strong one (IP50)
With its high illuminance levels and large proportion of indirect light along with Tunable White, Licross® Performance gives lighting an added boost. The result: greater optical comfort, also for monitor workplaces, as well as biologically effective light for increased concentration.
Triple safety
No matter what application, no matter which usage scenario – a cleverly designed metal twist lock securely and reliably connects the insert with the rail in all conditions. A system that holds up.

Multilumen: More than just flexibleInnovative interior workings for premium performance: Licross® uses a custom-designed driver generation that combines Multilumen functionality with true luminous flux adjustment – a clever three-in-one concept. For greater flexibility and planning reliability. For increased efficiency and costs-optimized operation. For premium light, even at higher temperatures.
Improved optical comfort with decreasing UGR values
per dimming level
Improved efficiency with greater luminous efficacy per dimming level
Improved suitability for higher ambient temperatures per dimming level
ProfitabilityDesign, technology, installation, operation: Licross® efficiency is a guiding principle. Sensor technology and functions such as CLOi and Multilumen are additional money savers – today and in the future.
10
Licross® multilumen
Warehouse today, production tomorrow – Licross® remains flexible thanks to Multilumen. If the application conditions change, the illuminance can be easily adjusted. As in this case, for example, from 300 lx to 500 lx.
Customized lightEight different lumen packages can be selected in stages and changed at any time in one single insert, for example for a change in application. The position of the DIP switch is decisive in this case. However, Licross® offers even more: The drivers also have CLOi on board, a true luminous flux adjuster with an improved maintenance factor. Excess planning and high energy costs are now a thing of the past.

Licross® rail
Licross® stays cool
High temperatures are a real challenge for lighting systems. For this reason, Licross® uses the entire mounting rail to dispel heat. For consistent perfor-mance and a long service life, even at ambient temperatures of up to 50 °C.
Functional form
The Licross® design is no coincidence, but rather a feature. It is the shape of the trunking system that achieves maximum stability despite the distances between the fi xture points and practically eliminates surface areas on which dust can collect.
Individual planning
In Licross®, nine more wires (2x DALI 2x emergency / equivalent network) can be fed and discharged in addition to the power supply. You can also combine them as required – for full planning and installation fl exibility.

Light as a success factorIncreased lighting intensity means people can work with greater concentration, they tire less easily, make fewer errors, and recognize them more quickly.
Dynamic light promotes well-being and even improves the quality of sleep after a working day. The result is a chain reaction. The concentration, performance and work safety levels of the employees increase. The company accelerates production processes and produces less scrap. Biologically effective light not only benefi ts peoplebut also the corporate balance sheets.

Non-stop fl exibilityLight regulation made easy: The integration of sensor technology into the Licross® trunking system is particularly simple. Thanks to fl exible mounting rail concepts, the sensors can positioned, moved, switched or replaced as desired – for complete freedom and fl exibility not only during planning but also in ongoing operation.
PIR motion sensors
Licross® interface and Licross® sensor head
Licross® interface allows a variety of PIR sensor heads to be mounted quickly and without tools. When a new system is being installed, it is simply connected with other rail elements, but can also be retrofi tted in existing systems.

Sensors for all situationsPassive infrared (PIR) or high frequency (HF) sensor – which option is the right one for you depends less on the technology and more on your specifi c application. The good news is: All the sensors are characterized by high detection quality with very short lag times – the ideal basis for your energy savings.
PR3 sensor. Installation height 2.5 – 3.5 m. Presence detection. Detection range about 4 m²
Licross® PR3 sensor
Licross® PIR sensor is the inte-grated solution for infrared-based motion and presence detection. The sensor is installed quickly and simply in the mounting rail.
Licross® HE1 sensor
The Licross® HE1 sensor is also integrated directly into the mount-ing rail and covers the designated area independently of the tem-perature and without delay by means of high-frequency sensors.
Licross® D1 sensor
The Licross® D1 sensor is geared to daylight-dependent sensor detection. Easily installed and fi ne-tuned, these sensors are the fi rst step toward intelligent light management.

Networking means savingNetworked work with networked light – digital control of all work requisites is no longer a novelty in industry. However, as the features steadily grow in numbers and quality, so too the direct impact on operating costs and profi tability. And this lies entirely in your own hands, as you choose between different upgrade levels.
From gut feeling to knowledge Data loggers can be set up in selected areas during the planning phase of a project on request. They calculate precise potential savings based on logged measurement data:. How long was the artifi cial light source (unnecessarily)
switched on?. How much daylight was made use of?. How long did people remain in the area?
This information then fl ows into the planning of the concrete solution, including energy savings and amortization.

particularly effi cient. Licross® meets these needs with intelligent luminous fl ux adjustment and Multilumen func-tion in one system. This guarantees long-term fl exibility – new investments in lighting are no longer required.
Profi tabilityDesign, technology, installation, operation: Licross® effi ciency is a guiding principle. Sensor technology and functions such as CLOi and Multilumen are additional money savers – today and in the future.

Licross® application example for activating light in production environments
Licross® for activating lightin production environmentsA rule of thumb says that the more demanding the visual requirements of a task, the more and better the light required. High illuminance levels and excellent glare reduction are a must, for example, in precision
mechanics or electronics production. However, Licross®
offers even more: The correct control of color temperatures and illuminance creates biologically effective light – for increased motivation and productivity.
MotivationLight for people: Licross® supports HCL concepts. So that people can work really well and companies can benefi t from it in the long term.

Licross® for optimal learning conditionsAbsorbing, understanding and remembering information. This is how we learn – our entire lives. One thing certainly applies: The more light the better. When it comes to advanced or internal training programs, light planners recommend higher lighting intensities than the normative
minimum levels. Licross® handles such jobs easily. The trunking system brightly and evenly illuminates the presentation area of seminar and training rooms. In addition, it produces no refl ected glare on fl ipcharts and whiteboards. This is the foundation of successful training.
ConcentrationLight that supports learning – with high vertical illuminance strengths and glare-free room light, Licross®
supports successful training concepts.
