DescriptionVR is a light-gauge roofing and siding panel manufactured with Versa-Steel® painted metal systems. Panels are rollformed with five major and eight minor ribs for strength and stability. The tight-fitting overlap features an anti-siphon groove for excellent drainage and moisture control.

INTRODUCTION

CCG light-gauge VR panels and trim products are manufactured with Versa-Steel® painted metal systems (see standard colors on inside back cover).

Standard & Custom Trims

Standard trims — see on following pages. •Custom trims — manufactured by CCG craftsmen and •available in nonstandard lengths and designs.

To order custom trims:Fax a sketch of item needed (see p. 15 for drawing grid). •Note all dimensions.•Note required color.•Note correct side of the piece for finished paint. •

CCG will reply with an estimated cost and, on acceptance, will manufacture and deliver the order per agreed upon schedule.

Versa-Steel® Colors

12 Standard Colors — Versa-Steel 100, 1000, and 2000 •painted metal systems used on CCG’s 100VR, 1000VR, and 2000VR panels and trims.

19 Standard Colors — Versa-Steel 3000 and 4029 used on •CCG’s 3000VR and 4000VR panels and trims.

Custom colors — matched and painted in house to the •same exacting specifications as standard colors. Minimum quantities are required.

Fasteners — matched to Versa-Steel colors •

Energy Star®

All standard colors for 3000VR and 4000VR panels qualify for energy tax credits under the federal ENERGY STAR® program (U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency). A letter of certification is available on CCG’s website. VR panels formed with Versa-Steel 100, 1000 and 2000 do not qualify for this tax credit.
