Upon receipt of your application, you will be invoiced for fees due. Once paid, you will receive your license,

GRANT OF LICENSE. You are being granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream master recordings owned or controlled by LifeWay Worship (the “Master Recordings”) within the United States. In connection therewith, you may stream the Master Recordings in the context of your worship services, in connection with ministry related events (i.e., baptisms, testimonials, ministry trips, etc.), and/or streaming background music on your church/ministry website(s).LIMITATION ON RIGHTS. All rights not expressly granted to you hereunder, are reserved to CCS and/or LifeWay Worship, as the case may be. This License does not grant you the right to offer to or make the Master Recordings, or any of them, available for download; to create any physical media embodying the Master Recordings, or any of them, or make any use of the Master Recordings wherein you derive a fee for enabling anyone to access the streamed content. NO RIGHT TO USE UNDERLYING MUSICAL COMPOSITIONS. This License does not grant you the right to use the underlying musical compositions featured on any Master Recording; provided, however, such rights may be secured under CCS’s WorshipCast license.TERM AND TERMINATION. The term of this License is one (1) year from the date of your signup (the “Term”). The Term will automatically renew upon your timely payment of all amounts due in connection with this License, unless otherwise terminated. The rights granted to you hereunder may be exercised only during the Term.CONSISTENCY WITH APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS. This License is subject to any and all agreements entered into by CCS, on the one part, and LifeWay Worship, on the other part. In the event any term of this License is or becomes inconsistent, in conflict with, or in violation of any of the foregoing agreements, CCS reserves the right to modify the terms of this License to conform to any such agreement. CONFLICTS BETWEEN THIS LICENSE AND CCS’S STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This License explicitly incorporates by reference CCS’s standard Terms and Conditions (which may be reviewed at (http://www.copyrightsolver.com/acntNew.aspx). In the event of a conflict between this License and CCS’S Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms of this License shall control.
