Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club received two top awards of the evening, “Gold of the North Coast” for diversity and quality of its resort as well as ongoing transformation in new projects in Puerto Plata, and “Hotel Investment of the Year for 2008.” Three LHVC employees were honored for outstanding dedication and professionalism, including the resort’s hotel manager, human resources director and food and beverage director.

ACCOmmODATIONS:Four distinct products, including The Tropical, The Crown Suites, The Crown Villas and The Residence Suites. A fifth type of accommodations, the new Contemporary Suites and Villas which will feature 55 two-bedroom suites and 24 three-bedroom villas, will open in late 2010. From hotel accommodations to stand alone villas, all units have spectacular mountain or ocean views.

DINING:Ten restaurants (including Mexican, Italian, Asian, French Fusion, seafood, international and gourmet cuisine) plus eight bars. Internationally-trained Food and Beverage Director Fadi Hamad oversees all restaurants and more than 230 food and beverage employees along with Executive Chef Manny Slomovits, a New York native, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and veteran chef with 18 years of international culinary experience in five star restaurants, resorts, private estates and yachts in the U.S. and abroad. Construction of the Center Court by Lifestyle with stand-alone Royal Villas is now underway and LHVC has announced the construction of several new developments in planning stages such as The Level by Lifestyle, Costa Esmeralda by Lifestyle and Lifestyle Samana, all of which will also feature stand alone villas.
