Customer success plan conversion Metric: Partner must convert 75% of registered adopt engagements to approved customer success plans.
• Partner performance calculated over a period of 4 quarters
• Prior 2 quarters not included in the calculation • If partner does not have registered adopt
engagements for 4 full quarters, performance period will include as many quarters as applicable (up to 4 full quarters of activity)
Successful business outcome metric: Partner must convert 50% of registered adopt engagements to approved successful business outcomes, or 50% of the successful business outcome incentive value.
