From the shooting club to the golf course to the lagoon waterway and of course some time in front of an open fire for grilling, we’ve given you a weekend of ways to hang out with dad and create memories.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:At that time, we will offer a limited amount of attendees per class to maintain social distancing and ensure safe practices.

• Outdoor classes do not require reservations but please bring your own mat and towel

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the class (a $10 charge if not within 24 hours)

Aqua Power – Please join us for a fun filled water workout.
Indoor Cycling – Ideal for seasoned cyclists, this class is designed to take your ride to the next level.
Indoor Stretching – This 45-minute class focuses on stability and mobility exercises as a part of a functional fitness training regimen. SMB Incorporates joint movements including shoulders, hips, as well as knees and ankles with a strong focus on improving balance and stretching major muscle groups. Please bring your own mat and towel
Meditation - Practice basic techniques of mindfulness to manage stress, enhance concentration, and quiet mental chatter. Explore breathing exercises, guided meditations with specific focuses, and restorative postures, and other resources to access peace in daily life.
Outdoor Yoga – This class is a relaxing and centering practice using breath work, gentle movement and stillness to relieve stress and unwind habitual tension.

PALMETTO BLUFF SHOOTING CLUB 13 sporting clays stations winding through an expansive 40-acre forest with an elevated and covered 5-stand station, plus a wobble deck field.
