1. What were your first thoughts when you heard the title to today’s sermon? How should our daily walk be lived out with the knowledge that Jesus can come back at any minute?

2. What is a herald? What is the good news of Isaiah’s day that the herald was supposed to bring? What is the good news that we are supposed to bring to others today? Discuss some practical ways to accomplish this.

4. In verse 12, Isaiah describes the omnipotence of the Lord. What is the Lord’s omnipotence? Explore and discuss some practical applications of this characteristic of the Lord in the life of a modern-day believer.

5. Isaiah proclaims the great wisdom of God. As his adopted children, how do we get wisdom? How do we grow in it? How do we give it away? Explore and discuss.
