LIFE EDUCATION The Life Education Van will be visiting Belltrees School on Thursday 7 th March to conduct a series of programmes for all students. Kate Jones is also organising some creative arts activities on the day. We will be asking for parents to transport their children to and from Belltrees on the day. PRINCIPALS MESSAGE: It is wonderful to see the Kindergarten students stepping up to the expectations our school sets for all students. Congratulations to the older students who are gently guiding the younger ones in the playground. This is what makes small schools the envy of all others. It is exactly this type of situation that encourages teachers to bring out the best in their students by creating exciting lessons and implementing quality teaching. I am thrilled at the enthusiasm displayed by the teachers in this school and the care and compassion they show to the children in their care. None of this happens without the support from parents and caregivers and the commitment you have to your child’s learning. It is through partnerships between home and school that create a nurturing environment. Communication is vital to the smooth running of a school and I have been delighted to have parents discuss their child with me. Both Deb and I have an open door policy, so please do not hesitate to drop in and see us if you have any concerns. It has been very good to see the students showing pride in themselves and our School by wearing the correct school uniform. Thank you to parents for helping maintain our uniform standards.
