5 Simple Tips to Get the Most Out of this WorkBook:
1. Print out this workbook before starting so you can write down your notes as you reflect upon
the questions.
2. Make sure you have set-aside at a minimum, 30 minutes of private time for this session so
you will be able to focus and fully receive the benefits of this workbook.
3. Write down ALL your thoughts and new ideas and inspirations you get while reflecting - that
way you won’t lose the most relevant information to you.
4. You will get the maximum benefits if you do this workbook after listening to the ‘Awaken You’
Guided Meditation. If you do not have access or are unable to listen to the meditation prior to
the workbook, spend 5 minutes breathing in and out in a meditation position to calm your mind.
5. Develop an action plan to implement the vision revealed in this session and start acting on it
immediately.

Where to Go From Here
Congratulations! If you’ve completed the exercises in this workbook, you NOW know exactly
what has been holding you back; what you are truly motivated to achieve in life; and you’ve
outlined the basic action plan to get you started towards your goals and desires.
The next step is to start filling in the details to the action plan and start doing it. The key is to
take action and not stay stuck in the planning phases. A crucial factor to help you stay on track,
focused and dedicated to your goals and success is Accountability.
