Turn automatic layout on or offOn the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect Options. Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab. Under Apply as you work, clear the Automatic layout for

inserted objects check box. TipYou can also turn off this option by using the Automatic Layout

Options button , which appears on the right after an automatic layout has been applied to a slide. Click the button, and then click Stop Automatic Layout of Inserted Objects.

Directions:1. Insert all pictures from

Culture Grams, copy & paste—Delete the TO DO BOX when done from each slide.

2. Type in information from handout—slides 1-20 (6x6 rule)

3. Fancy it up! Decide on a color scheme…no more than 5 colors: white, black, _____,______,____

4. Do instructions on each Criteria Box for each slide. When you are done delete this text box.

5. Add Custom Animation/Sound to add interest!
